• Develop test plans and test cases based on software requirements and business needs.
• Define and execute appropriate testing strategies, including manual and automated testing where applicable.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, security, and compatibility testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to support debugging and issue resolution.
• Validate bug fixes through verification and retesting to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Analyze test results and prepare clear testing reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure applications meet quality standards and are ready for production release.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
• Monitor defect trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend preventive improvements.
• Research and evaluate emerging software testing tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency.
• Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of the systems and applications used by capital market stakeholders.
