Job summary

DAMAC Digital seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance across the full project lifecycle for major data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects in Indonesia.

The role requires 10–15+ years in QA/QC for large construction and MEP projects, with hands-on PQMP development, ITPs, FAT/SAT/IST, and a strong ISO 9001 background. You will oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure design, procurement, construction, testing and handover meet all standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of QA/QC experience in major construction and MEP projects, including mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP), quality procedures and inspection processes.
• Strong experience overseeing quality compliance during design development, procurement and on-site construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC across the full project lifecycle from design development through handover.
• Oversee ITPs, Method Statements, material approvals, quality audits, NCRs and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and international engineering quality standards across contractors and suppliers.

DAMAC Digital is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong background in large-scale data centre, mission-critical or complex infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing quality assurance and quality control across the full project lifecycle, from design development and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Key Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of QA/QC experience in major construction and MEP projects, including significant exposure to mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP), quality procedures and inspection processes.
• Strong experience overseeing quality compliance during design development, procurement and on-site construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of critical data centre MEP systems, including HV/MV/LV electrical infrastructure, UPS, generators, cooling systems and BMS/EPMS.
• Hands-on experience managing ITPs, Method Statements, material approvals, quality audits, NCRs and corrective actions.
• Experience overseeing FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and final handover documentation.
• Proven ability to lead QA/QC teams and manage quality performance across contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and international engineering and construction quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
