Job summary

PT Kairos Utama Indonesia adalah perusahaan layanan TI yang membuka lowongan QA/QC untuk BPM dan workflow. Anda akan merancang rencana tes, menjalankan uji fungsional, integrasi, regresi, dan UAT, serta berkoordinasi dengan pengembang dan analis bisnis.

Kandidat memiliki 1–3 tahun pengalaman QA/QC, pemahaman SDLC/STLC, dan pengalaman dengan Jira/TestRail. Posisi ini on-site di South Jakarta, dengan peluang pengembangan karier di industri TI.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di IT/CS/IS atau bidang terkait.
• 1–3 tahun pengalaman QA/QC perangkat lunak, terutama BPM/workflow.
• Pemahaman SDLC/STLC dan pembuatan test cases.
• Berpengalaman dalam Functional, Integration, Regression, dan UAT.

Responsibilities

• Mereview dan analisis kebutuhan bisnis, spesifikasi fungsional, dan BPM.
• Menyusun rencana uji, skenario, dan kasus uji berdasarkan kebutuhan proyek.
• Melakukan testing manual dan otomatis pada aplikasi BPM dan workflow.
• Melaksanakan UAT, regression, dan tes sistem.
• Mengidentifikasi, mendokumentasikan, dan melacak defect menggunakan alat bug tracking.
• Memvalidasi automasi workflow, persetujuan, notifikasi, dan integrasi sistem.
• Bekerja sama dengan developer, analis bisnis, dan pemangku kepentingan.
• Menyiapkan dokumentasi QA, laporan defect, dan status pengujian.
• Mendukung aktivitas deployment dan validasi pasca-produksi.
• Berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan proses QA dan metodologi pengujian.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and BPM workflows.
• Develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on project requirements.
• Execute manual and automated testing for BPM applications and workflow systems.
• Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Validate workflow automation, approval processes, notifications, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system quality.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards, business requirements, and compliance policies.
• Prepare testing documentation, QA reports, and defect status reports.
• Support deployment activities and post-production validation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for quality enhancement.
• Ensure timely completion of testing activities according to project schedules.
• Assist users during UAT sessions and provide testing support when required.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Software QA/QC, preferably in BPM or workflow-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in creating test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.
• Familiar with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Basic understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and workflow systems.
• Experience using bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL/database queries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
