Job summary

Kalbe Nutritionals is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to perform in-line sampling and routine testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished beverages. You will verify quality parameters against specifications, record results accurately, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and related standards.

The role requires a SMK or equivalent in food tech, chemistry, or microbiology, and at least 1 year of QC lab experience in food/beverage/FMCG.

Qualifications

• Meticulous, accurate, and strong documentation skills.
• Experience in a quality control laboratory in food/beverage/FMCG.

Qualifications:

1. Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or Associate Degree (D3) in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
2. 1 year of experience in a quality control laboratory within the food/beverage/FMCG industry.
3. Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and quality systems (such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC).
4. Meticulous, accurate, and possessing strong documentation skills.
5. Willing to work in shifts and within a manufacturing/plant environment.
