Job summary

Kalbe Nutritionals (PT Sanghiang Perkasa) is seeking a quality control technician to perform in-line sampling and routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished beverage products in our Karawang facility. The role requires verifying quality parameters per SOPs, accurately recording results, and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards.

Shift work and meticulous documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or Associate Degree (D3) in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
• 1 year of experience in a quality control laboratory within the food/beverage/FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and quality systems (GMP, HACCP, FSSC).
• Meticulous, accurate, and possessing strong documentation skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and within a manufacturing/plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-line sampling and routine testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished beverage products.
• Verify and validate quality parameters in accordance with product specifications and SOPs.
• Accurately record test results in laboratory logs and quality documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and other applicable standards.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained according to the established schedule.
