Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and standardize procedures across the production floor in Tangerang. You will work on documenting standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement to meet ISO 9001 requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Engineering, at least two years of manufacturing experience, and strong ability to read engineering drawings with good English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Familiar with measurement, inspection and fabrication equipment.
• Able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and control procedures and forms for manufacturing standardization.
• Set up and follow up improvement plans for manufacturing standardization.
• Coordinate with partners in Rugby and Mexico for benchmarking.
• Review processes and coordinate with all departments for improvements.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes conform to manufacturing standards.
• Compile and summarize NG reports to support improvement actions.

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering

Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing Field

Understand and have good knowledge about ISO 9001

Familiar with range of measurement, inspection equipment, and fabrication equipment (welding, electrical, refrigerant, bending and laser cutting)

Able to interpret Engineering Drawings and Specifications

Work accurately with attention to detail

Good in English

Key responsibilities

Develop, document and control implementation of procedure and forms that built for manufacturing standardization

Set up and follow up improvement planning related to manufacturing standardization

Coordinate with counter partner at Rugby and Mexico for benchmark

Review current process and coordinate with all department to follow up improvement

Assure all processes within Manufacturing Process comply Manufacturing Standard

Compile and summary all NG report to follow up all improvement activity
