Job summary

STAMPS is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of software products. You will perform functional, regression, and API testing, lead UAT, and collaborate with Product and Development teams.

The role emphasizes thorough testing throughout the development lifecycle, validation using Postman, and proactive process improvements to enhance product quality in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing to ensure applications meet requirements and perform as expected.
• Conduct API testing and validation using Postman.
• Perform continuous testing to maintain the quality of applications before release.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring test cases are properly executed before delivery to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand business requirements, objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear descriptions, reproduction steps, and supporting evidence.
• Work closely with developers to analyze reported issues, validate fixes, and ensure problems are resolved effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, workflows, and overall product quality.
