Koltiva in Jakarta is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to ensure product reliability by reproducing issues, building automated tests, and maintaining test frameworks across staging and production environments.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams in an agile setup, design performance tests, and continuously improve automation coverage while keeping logs synchronized for debugging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance (Automation).
• Proficiency in automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with performance and testing frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and replicate issues reported in Ticketing System.
• Developing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Validate resolution effectiveness through testing cycles.
• Recreate production issues in test/staging environments.
• Design, build, and execute automated performance tests.
• Maintain and enhance automated regression tests in response to workflow or system changes.
• Ensure synchronization of logs between environments to assist in debugging and analysis.
• Propose and document detailed action plans for issue resolution and system improvement.
• Track progress and follow up on action plan execution across teams.
