Elitez Pte Ltd is hiring a Quality Assurance professional to ensure the quality and functionality of application systems. You will understand BRD and Solution Design, prepare tests, and conduct root cause analysis to support continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, at least 2 years QA experience, and strong SDLC knowledge. Excellent communication and leadership qualities are essential for success in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, informatics, CS, or information systems.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience.
• Strong understanding of Project Management.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong root cause analysis skills from strategic, business, and system perspectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open-minded, dynamic, and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Understand BRD and Solution Design.

• Prepare test plans, testing documentation, and test result reports.
• Ensure quality and functionality of application systems according to BRD and Solution Design.
