Job summary

ib vogt gmbh is seeking a Project Development Manager to oversee PV and BESS development in Indonesia, from tender to start of construction, coordinating with the Indonesian Business Development team and APAC support units.

You will manage budgets, milestones, schedules, and deliverables while negotiating contracts and securing permits with social and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skill.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy in Indonesia.
• Experience on utility-scale solar projects with PT PLN as offtaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development activities from post-origination / tender award to start-of-construction.
• Negotiate project agreements including PPA, lease, JV, EPC and O&M contracts.
• Secure permits and ensure social and environmental compliance throughout development and construction.
• Engage local communities and manage contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Interface with Engineering, Project, Finance, Accounting and Legal teams.
