Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Naval Engineering preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP software.
• Able to perform tasks expeditiously and precisely.
• Well communicative and able to negotiate.
• Have an ownership mindset.
• Active, passionate and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate technical and request-related details with Superintendent.
• RFQ to several vendors: follow up and provide supplier recommendations based on data.
• Establish good cooperation between internal and external parties.
• Ensure availability and delivery of goods from start to ship arrival.
• Provide updates in reports as requested; able to use ERP software.
