Job summary

PT Zeta Anugerah Samudra is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for mining contractor operations, sourcing heavy equipment parts, tires, lubricants, GET, tools, PPE, and consumables. The role requires coordinating with multiple units to meet project priorities and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in Purchasing/Procurement within mining or heavy equipment, strong supplier negotiation skills, and the ability to travel to sites as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement within the mining contractor, mining, or heavy equipment industry.
• Good understanding of mining contractor operations and heavy equipment maintenance requirements.
• Familiar with heavy equipment spare parts, part numbers, OEM/aftermarket parts, tires, lubricants, GET, and mining consumables.
• Strong skills in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, negotiation, vendor management, and cost control.
• Able to handle procurement requirements from multiple business units and mining projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, integrity, and problem-solving skills; willing to travel to mining sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQ, quotation comparison, and commercial evaluation based on price, quality, specification, lead time, and payment terms
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with business units, site operations, Plant & Maintenance, Warehouse, and Finance regarding purchasing requirements and priorities
• Monitor and expedite outstanding Purchase Orders, particularly critical and breakdown-related items, to minimize operational downtime
• Develop and maintain the vendor database, price history, alternative suppliers, and supplier performance evaluation at Holding level
• Support procurement efficiency through vendor consolidation, cost-saving initiatives, framework agreements, and centralized purchasing strategies

Job description

Manage end-to-end purchasing activities to support operational requirements of the Holding Company's mining contractor business units and projects. Handle procurement of heavy equipment spare parts, tires, lubricants, GET, tools, PPE, workshop supplies, and mining consumables.

Key responsibilities

Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQ, quotation comparison, and commercial evaluation based on price, quality, specification, lead time, and payment terms

About you
