PwC Indonesia’s Publication Hub team is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to drive thought leadership publications from planning through release. You will manage plans, timelines and documentation while collaborating with authors, reviewers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
This role requires 1–2 years in project coordination, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

In this role, you will coordinate publication projects from planning to release, working closely with authors, reviewers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Coordinate thought leadership publication projects throughout the publication lifecycle.
Manage project plans, timelines, trackers, risks, dependencies, and documentation.
Collaborate with authors, reviewers, designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
Support publication governance, reporting, administration, and operational activities.
Maintain publication repositories, records, and supporting documentation.
Assist with publication launches, activation activities, and internal communications.
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Management, Journalism, English, Media Studies, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, publication management, marketing operations, communications, content management, or similar functions.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up actions simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and SharePoint.
Experience coordinating publications, reports, campaigns, events, or cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with project management tools, document control, and collaboration platforms.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of publication workflows, content review processes, or corporate communications is an advantage.
