Key responsibilities

Perform video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut and similar tools

Execute video editing techniques including cutting, trimming, sequencing, transitions, and pacing

Conduct color correction and color grading to ensure consistent visual quality

Perform audio editing including noise reduction, audio balancing, sound effects, and background music synchronization

Create motion graphics, animated text, typography, and simple visual effects

Create subtitles and captions and process footage into engaging and communicative video content

Ensure aspect ratio, resolution, frame rate, and rendering format are appropriate for various digital platforms

Develop video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

Preferred background in Multimedia, DKV, Broadcasting, or related fields

Strong video editing skills and understanding of post-production workflow

Proficiency with editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut and similar tools

Knowledge of keyframe techniques, masking, green screen/chroma key, and compositing is a plus

Understanding of aspect ratio, resolution, frame rate, and format rendering for various digital platforms

Understanding of short video trends for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Creativity, visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines

Must provide a portfolio of video editing work
