Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Strong video editing skills and post-production knowledge.
• Proficiency with editing software including Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.

Responsabilités

• Perform video editing using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.
• Execute editing techniques: cutting, trimming, sequencing, transitions, pacing.
• Color correct and color grade for consistent quality.
• Edit audio: noise reduction, balancing, sound effects.
• Create motion graphics, animated text and simple VFX.
• Add subtitles/captions and optimize footage for platforms.
• Ensure aspect ratio, resolution, frame rate, and render formats for platforms.
• Develop content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
