Job summary

PT Jones and Vining Indonesia is seeking an experienced Supervisor PU Pouring Injection to oversee production processes, maintain quality, and achieve targets at our Tangerang facility.

You will supervise operators, manage manpower, materials, and machines, ensure SOP compliance, monitor quality, yield, waste, and downtime, and drive corrective actions along with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PU Pouring / Polyurethane Injection manufacturing, with at least 1 year as a Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of Polyurethane process, including material mixing, pouring, curing, and quality control.
• Understand production parameters such as temperature, pressure, mixing ratio, density, cycle time, and curing time.
• Experienced in manpower management, production monitoring, problem solving, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of 5S/5R, K3, Quality Management System, and production standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten

Responsibilities

• Supervise PU Pouring Injection production activities and ensure production targets are achieved
• Ensure production processes comply with SOP, quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Manage operators and optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization
• Monitor production quality, reject, waste, downtime, and productivity
• Analyze production problems and implement effective corrective actions
• Coordinate with Quality, PPIC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste
