Job summary

PT Indointernet Tbk (Indonet) is expanding its network across Indonesia and seeks a property relations professional. You will manage relationships with property owners and building managers, coordinate access, permits, and documentation needed for deployment and operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in listed fields or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in property relations, leasing, real estate, telecommunications or stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, building management and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate site access, permits and documentation for network deployment and operations.
• Assist in negotiating agreements and maintaining property-related contracts.
• Act as primary liaison between the company and property stakeholders.
• Resolve property-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain records and reports of property-related activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Legal to support business objectives.
