Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an entry-level Property Management Executive in Jakarta. You will gain hands-on exposure to building operations, tenant relations, facilities coordination, and project setup, building a solid foundation for a career in property management.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates with up to 1 year of related internship or work experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus good working English. On-site position in Jakarta.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Property and Building Management teams across operational requirements, including day-to-day building operations and tenant relations.
• Participate in property inspections and reviews, supporting engineering and maintenance activities and safety standards.
• Assist with tenant coordination, stakeholder communications, and coordination with vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Support new property mobilizations and pre-setup projects, including site assessments and documentation coordination.
• Handle a broad range of business and project assignments across the Property Management portfolio.
