Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an entry-level Property Management Executive in Jakarta to gain hands-on experience across building operations, tenant relations, facilities, and engineering coordination. This role offers exposure to project setup and day-to-day property management activities, perfect for fresh graduates seeking a foundation in real estate assets.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related built-environment discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 1 year internship/experience welcome.
Interest in Property and Building Management with willingness to be hands-on across assignments.

Mansioni

Support day-to-day building operations and tenant relations.
Coordinate facilities services and engineering activities.
Assist with property inspections, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Contribute to new property mobilizations and pre-setup projects.
