Job description

Develop and execute integrated and promotional strategies to drive sales performance and enhance brand awareness across the residential and golfing projects in Batam.

Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement events to achieve business objectives.

Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitors' activities.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure the effective allocation of resources to maximise campaign outcomes.

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external agencies, media, vendors, and other business partners to enhance promotional activities.

Lead, coach and develop the promotion team to ensure effective execution.

Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with corporate branding guidelines, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales support activities, market intelligence, and promotional effectiveness for management review.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in property marketing and promotion with proven leadership roles.

Strong track record in planning, delivering, and monitoring marketing & promotion programs and events, leading high-performing teams, partnerships, and sponsorships.

Strong knowledge of property taxes, VAT on real estate, and corporate tax regulations.

Deep knowledge of the Batam real estate market and customer segmentation.

Strong business acumen in residential property.

Willing to be placed in Batam.
