VIVERE Group, a leading interior contracting and furniture manufacturer in Indonesia, seeks a Materials Management staff with a background in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Interior Design. You will plan and oversee materials management per bill of materials, coordinate vendor development, sourcing, procurement, and logistics, and ensure accurate reading of shop drawings and contracts.

Based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, you will operate in a challenging, quality‑focused

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Interior Design.
• At least 2 yearsHands on experience in planning and overseeing materials management per BOM.
• Proficient reading shop drawings or construction drawings.
• Knowledge in supply chain process.

• Plan and oversee materials management per bill of materials in interior construction and MEP.
• Develop vendors, source, procure, and coordinate logistics and contracts.
• Read shop drawings and ensure alignment with BOM.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree from Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Interior Design.

Have at least 2 years hands on experience in planning and overseeing overall functions of Materials management as per bill of material in - Interior Construction & MEP Industry entailing Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts etc.

Proficient in reading shop drawings or construction drawings

Knowledge in Supply Chain Process

Proficient in SAP is an advantage

Proactive, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential

Honest and good attitude to work in challenging environment

Good communication and excellent in negotiation skills

Good analytical and strategic thinking skills

Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
