Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead with managing big-scale project risks, issues, action items, schedules, and meetings.
• Monitor and remind stakeholders of major follow-up items and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Manage and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to meet milestones.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project activities and ensure compliance with standards and governance.
• Update project management documentation and present to a wider audience.
• Contribute to quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of quality objectives.
• Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate status and outcomes.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management in the banking industry, with a focus on PM roles.

Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Logical, efficient and creative problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience working with international teams and valuing a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
