Job summary

PT MINTONG OVERSEAS ENGINEERING TRADING is seeking an experienced lifting and heavy lifting supervisor. You will develop and supervise lifting plans, coordinate crane operations, rigging crews, and field teams to ensure safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires a civil or mechanical engineering degree (D3/S1) and at least 3 years in heavy lifting or crane operations, with proven leadership of lifting projects or teams and strong knowledge of crane capacity, load charts, and rigging.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in heavy lifting or crane operations.
• Experience leading lifting projects or teams.
• Understanding of crane capacity, load charts, and rigging.
• Knowledge of heavy lifting, lifting planning, crane and rigging, project management, HSE, and team leadership.
