Mekari, Indonesia’s leading SaaS company, is seeking a PMO to act as strategic partner to the Head of Business. You will translate ambitious goals into actionable plans, ensure alignment across departments, and drive high-priority initiatives to successful completion.

You will develop detailed timelines, allocate resources, monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and report to senior leadership. This role requires strong stakeholder management and a data-driven, solution-oriented mindset.

• Monitor progress of initiatives, ensuring deadlines, resources, and risks are managed.
• Lead and drive high-priority projects, with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
• Identify roadblocks and keep leadership informed of developments and challenges.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Prioritize requests and opportunities to meet strategic goals.
• Perform research and provide recommendations on growth topics as needed.

PMO serves as a strategic partner Head of Business, ensuring efficient execution of high-priority initiatives and enabling smooth operations.

Strategic Support

• Work closely with the Head of Business and senior team to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment across departments.
• Provide critical thinking and problem-solving support for complex initiatives.
• Monitor the progress of key initiatives and ensure that deadlines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and issues are addressed promptly.

Project Management & Execution

• Lead and/or drive high-priority projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and successfully.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Identify and address roadblocks, keeping senior leadership informed of key developments and challenges.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that all team members have the information and support they need to succeed.
• Serve as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, relaying important information between teams and leadership.
• Help prioritize requests and opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Special Projects

• Take on mission critical strategic projects as needed, often of a cross-functional or high-visibility nature.
• Perform research, analysis, and preparation of recommendations on topics relevant to organizational growth and development.
