PT Lion Super Indo seeks a Project Leader in Jakarta (Pancoran) to ensure projects meet requirements, are completed on time and within budget, and that the team delivers quality results. The role emphasizes planning schedules, execution reporting, and coordinating with operations.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, have at least 3 years in retail construction or MK consultancy, and show strong data-driven communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years in retail construction; experienced in MK/Construction Management Consultant is mandatory.
• Honest, willing to learn and listen to others.
• Capable of presenting project matters with data-backed evidence.
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with SOP-driven work.
• Disciplined in time and document management.
• Able to lead onsite contractors.
• Placement: Jakarta (Pancoran).

Project Leader ensures that company’s requirements are met, the project is completed on time (including the planning schedule, execution report, result delivery to operation), and within budget and that everyone else under the project is doing their job properly. These responsibilities also cover the coordination and communication between project team and another division.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering.
• Min. 3 years of working experience in retail construction & have worked in Construction Management Consultant (MK) previously are mandatory.
• Honest, willing to learn and listen to other's opinion.
• Can speak confidently about project's related matters and able to provide the relevant data to back it up.
• Able to operate Microsoft programs fluently (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Comfortable in working with a structured Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Discipline both in time management and document management.
• Have the courage to lead the onsite contractors.
