We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide, and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

We are seeking a strategic and systems-minded Project & IT Manager to lead the simplification, standardisation, and systemisation of our internal processes. This role plays a key part in strengthening the backend of our education operations by implementing tech solutions that support efficiency and scale. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of both IT systems and how education programs function, and thrives in improving workflows behind the scenes to enable smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the simplification of internal systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Standardise workflows across teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Systemise operations through the implementation of integrated IT tools.
  • Use data and systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Source, evaluate, and liaise with vendors for educational and operational supplies.
  • Manage cost-effectiveness and quality of purchases.
  • Logistics & Inventory Management
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for program delivery, including but not limited to kits, materials, equipment, and software.
  • Monitor, track, and maintain inventory levels across locations.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with educators to ensure operational readiness before each program.
  • Prepare and QC learning kits and materials to meet curriculum standards.
  • Support administrative, marketing activities, and event-related duties as required.
Requirements and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in project & IT management, ideally in an EdTech or education-related environment.
  • Strong understanding of education operations and how IT systems support them.
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement, standardization, or system implementation projects.
  • Familiar with School Management System, Learning Management System, Human Resource Management System, Inventory Management System, among others.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with tech, ops, and education teams.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused in execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, Business, or a related field.
