Job description

Work in close, day-to-day collaboration with the COO to align group direction with company strategy.

Collaborate closely with BDO to ensure alignment and success of joint initiatives.

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships.

Hold full authority over team resourcing, including assigning and managing Team Leaders and PICs within the group.

Oversee Project Managers to ensure project delivery is efficient, timely, and meets quality standards.

Drive growth and profitability within the group, with clear incentives tied to performance and business expansion.

Take initiative in expanding the group’s capabilities and client portfolio.

Possess a solid technical background to effectively support project scoping, problem-solving, and team guidance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, client services, or team leadership.

Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects.

Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in leading team leaders and project owners.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with clients and executive stakeholders.

Able to work collaboratively with C-level executives, especially in daily coordination with the COO.

Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory), as the role requires frequent communication with international clients and partners.

Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Results-driven, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability within a business unit.

Experience working in partnership with external firms such as BDO is a plus.

Strong technical background to engage effectively with technical teams and support problem-solving.

Familiarity with digital platforms, project management tools, and reporting systems.

Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
