Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a procurement professional in Jakarta to support supplier due diligence, register new vendors, and help manage contracts and procurement data. The role involves ensuring compliance with Code of Conduct and policies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet plant requirements.

You will monitor deliveries, track supplier performance against KPIs, and act as the main operational contact for suppliers on day-to-day supply matters.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier due diligence activities to ensure compliance with company Code of Conduct and procurement policies
• Execute Vendor Master registration and documentation for newly approved suppliers
• Support contract administration by ensuring contracts are properly documented, updated, and adhered to in daily operations
• Maintain accurate procurement data, supplier records, and reporting in procurement systems
• Execute daily procurement and supply activities for packaging materials in alignment with procurement strategies and plant requirements
• Monitor material deliveries and proactively follow up on delays, shortages, or deviations
• Track and monitor supplier performance against agreed delivery, quality, and service KPIs
• Support supplier performance reviews together with Procurement Direct, S&OP, and SCQM teams
• Act as the primary operational contact for suppliers on day-to-day supply and delivery matters
