Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a manufacturing capability professional in Indonesia to drive productivity improvements, cost reduction, and process optimization across the facility. You will lead best-practice initiatives, develop KPI visuals, and support the Manufacturing Playbook rollout.

The role focuses on waste analysis, 5S coordination, and continuous improvement across all lines to sustain cost efficiencies and operational excellence.

• Directs disciplines of best business practices implementation.
• Generates cost reduction opportunities and implement process improvement to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Assists with the implementation of Manufacturing Playbook and coordinates the progression.
• Develops and maintains performance (KPI) visuals.
• Develops a waste analysis for all lines.
• Leads and coordinates 5S initiatives plant-wide.

Job description

Provides a full range of productivity services to Operations and direct cost reduction programs for the facility, implementing and measuring facility process and developing and delivering continuous improvement training programs for the facility.
