Zusammenfassung

SeaOwl Group is seeking a Project Engineer (Electrical, Instrument & Automation) to lead coordination and delivery of engineering activities across mechanical, package, and piping disciplines within project teams.

You will oversee material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration with process, piping, instrument, automation, electrical, procurement, QA/QC, and vendors, while ensuring QA/QC compliance and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrument and Electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in vendor management and technical bid evaluations.
• Familiar with inspection and testing requirements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation and review of Material Requisitions / Technical Requirements for purchase requisition.
• Perform Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
• Follow QA/QC procedures.
• Support fabrication, inspection, and testing activities (FAT, SAT).
• Provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Prepare and coordinate work procedures for manufacturing, handling, or lifting.
• Review and resolve technical queries, NCRs, and deviations.
