Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented technical professional to support project managers on assigned projects in Indonesia. You will coordinate with production, prepare essential documentation such as BOM and PL, and monitor progress against plans while highlighting bottlenecks to keep KPIs on track.

The role requires a bachelor degree or diploma in engineering, fluent Indonesian and English, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Editor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma 3 from engineering background.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English both written and spoken.
• Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM on assigned projects and support project needs.
• Coordinate with Production to meet delivery schedule and KPI outputs; flag bottlenecks.
• Prepare project documentation (BOM, JIS, PL, etc.).
• Provide progress reports and monitor plan vs actual.
• Coordinate with Technical, QC and Document Control to ensure docs and procedures meet standards.
• Be commercially aware of project budget and look to reduce costs where possible.
• Attend client meetings and deputize for PM when needed.
• Suggest improvements to current systems and project management methods across projects.
• Assist in document preparation and review for project documentation.
• Perform any tasks assigned by superior.
• Comply with safety, health regulations and quality management systems.
