Overview

PT Control Systems (PTCS), as an Authorized Service Provider for Emerson Final Control, is strengthening its Final Control Lifecycle Services (FCLCS) Division. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Lead / Senior Project Engineer (STO) to take charge of major shutdown and turnaround (STO) projects, with a strong focus on valve services and final control solutions. This role requires a solid technical background in valves, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. The successful candidate will ensure that STO projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management standard and best practice during project life cycle while maintaining project goal.
• Manage project material delivery as per delivery term (schedule and point).
• Maintain project billing cycle as per agreed payment term.
• Actualize project deliverables according to contract and user approval within the defined timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (engineering majors).
• 3+ years of experience in the related fields.
• Familiarity with metering system and any related instrument products.
• Good integrity and aptitude, and committed to the project schedule, requirements, regulation, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents (P&ID, Wiring Diagram, Logic Diagram, etc.).
• Strong knowledge in Project Management, Industrial Automation, and Internet technology.
• Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, & SPRINT is an advantage.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Leadership & negotiation skills.
• Experience working within a SCRUM agile team is a plus.
