Job summary

PT TRACON INDUSTRI is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to record, monitor, and optimize export and import processes. You will coordinate with suppliers, shippers, and customs, ensuring compliance and timely delivery for complex project cargo.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, at least five years in logistics or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Import-Export, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in handling project cargo and imported materials.
• Familiar with freight forwarding, shipping management, and inland transportation
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and maintain export and import logistics data and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shippers, shipping lines, forwarders, and PPJK regarding document requirements, arrangements, and customs clearance processes.
• Ensure all export and import documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Monitor shipment and document progress to ensure timely receipt and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, and finance) for shipment planning, payment arrangements, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain export and import reports.
• Capable of understanding import regulations (PI, HS Code & Masterlist).
• Prepare and monitor shipping and inland transportation budgets.
• Familiar with Journey Management Plan (JMP) preparation and implementation to ensure safe and efficient transportation planning.
