Job summary

DotYeti Design is seeking a talented multimedia designer for a project-based role. You will craft product illustrations, social graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos with attention to detail and artistic flair.

As part of a fully remote, independent contractor setup, you’ll collaborate with the design team, deliver on-brand assets on schedule, and explore new tools and AI workflows to elevate creative outputs, with Jakarta time-zone alignment and potential path to full-time.

Project-Based Multimedia Designer - DotYeti

Important Note: This is a project-based position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. The working hours operate within the Jakarta, Indonesiatime zone (3 PM - 11 PM WIB). Flexibility with working hours is essential.

What you'll do:

• Creative Craft: Develop product illustrations, social media graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos made with real artistry and the kind of detail people notice.
• Quality & Delivery: Deliver polished, high-quality, and on-brand multimedia content on time across digital and print platforms. You hold your work to a high bar before anyone else has to.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to turn briefs into impactful digital assets, share feedback openly, and keep projects moving (and fun).
• Problem Solving: Optimize designs and troubleshoot technical visual challenges across Adobe tools, finding fixes that last, not just quick patches.
• Learning & Tools: Explore new tools, AI workflows, and techniques that help the team create better work.

• Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
• Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.

Bonus Points for:

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
