Job summary

PT. Nipro Indonesia Jaya, a Japanese Medical Devices manufacturer in Karawang, is urgently seeking a Production Technician (Sterilization Foreman). The role requires an engineering degree and preferred PPR certification; experience with radiation sources is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in engineering disciplines related to hardware or nuclear tech.
• Preferred PPR Level 1 Industry certificate issued by BAPETEN.
• Experience as PPR in radiation-using facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor E-beam sterilization machines.
• Perform analysis, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Understand mechanical and electrical systems: conveyors, pneumatics, PLCs, inverters, motors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Willig to work in shifts; high integrity and teamwork.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (STERILIZATION FOREMAN)

1. Minimum D3/S1 degree in Engineering Physics, Nuclear Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, etc.

2. Hold a valid Radiation Protection Officer Certificate (PPR Level 1 Industry) issued by BAPETEN (Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency) is preferred

3. Experience as a PPR in facilities that use radiation sources (industrial, nuclear, etc.) is preferred.

4. Operate and monitor E-beam sterilization machines.

5. Perform analysis, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

6. Understand mechanical and electrical systems: conveyor systems, pneumatics, PLCs, inverters, 3-phase motors, low current, high current, etc.

7. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

8. Willing to work in shifts

9. Physically and mentally healthy

10. High integrity, responsible, and able to work individually and in a team
