Siemens is offering an internship program in Jakarta to gain hands-on experience in production and engineering. You will learn how to follow SOPs, participate in machine setup and monitoring, and contribute to overall quality and safety on the shop floor.

This three-month internship starts in January 2027 and provides mentorship and practical project exposure. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a technical program or related field, with a strong desire to learn, attention to detail, and ability to

• Currently enrolled in a technical program, trade school, or related field (or a motivated high school student with a passion for electrical engineering).
• Strong desire to learn and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Follow Work Instruction and SOP.
• Learn to operate and monitor production quality to achieve targets.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Learn about production processes and safety protocols.

• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles (a plus)
• Able to Start on January 2027 for three months internship
