Job summary

PT. Aneka Tuna Indonesia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee canning and tuna processing operations in Gempol, Pasuruan, East Java. The role focuses on controlling production processes, managing staff and machinery, and driving continuous improvements to performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in related fields, at least 3 years of supervisor experience, and good English proficiency to communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fisheries, food technology or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Knowledge of food processing, especially canned tuna products, is preferred.

General Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Product Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.

Preferably has knowledge of food products and food processing, especially canned food or tuna products.

Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan, East Java.

Skill Competencies :

Strong analytical thinking skills.

Good leadership skills.

Knowledge of production processes.

Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and OEE.

Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
