Job summary

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is seeking a hands-on, target-driven Production Supervisor to drive daily manufacturing operations for Dikichi, a bold fried chicken brand. You will ensure targets are met, quality and safety standards are upheld, and manpower is managed effectively across a high-volume production environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar role in F&B/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOP and food safety standards.
• Experience in manpower planning, shift briefing, and operator performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE :

We’re looking for a hands-on and target-driven Production Supervisor who understands that consistent production performance is critical in a fast-growing F&B manufacturing business.

This role is more than just supervising production. You’ll become a key driver behind daily manufacturing operations — ensuring production targets are achieved, quality and food safety standards are maintained, manpower is managed effectively, and production issues are resolved quickly.

You’ll work closely with Production, QA/QC, Engineering/Maintenance, Warehouse, and other operational teams to ensure every production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Drive Production Performance – Ensure daily production activities are executed according to production plans, schedules, SOPs, quality standards, and targeted output.
• Lead Production Operations – Manage manpower planning, task delegation, shift briefings, operator performance, and daily production activities to ensure efficient workforce utilization.
• Maintain Food Safety & Quality Standards – Ensure production processes comply with GMP, HACCP, SSOP, food safety, hygiene, and internal quality standards.
• Monitor Production Metrics – Track and analyze productivity, yield, waste, downtime, production achievement, and other key manufacturing indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Solve Production Issues – Identify operational problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize production disruptions.
• Coordinate Quality Control – Work closely with QA/QC teams to identify, investigate, and resolve product quality issues while maintaining consistent product standards.
• Support Equipment Reliability – Monitor production machinery and equipment conditions and coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance teams regarding breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste and downtime, optimize manpower utilization, and improve overall operational performance.
• Maintain Accurate Reporting – Prepare and maintain daily and periodic production reports, ensuring production data is accurate, complete, and available for operational decision-making.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Have 2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Leader, or similar role, preferably in F&B Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, or related manufacturing industries.
• Have a strong understanding of F&B production processes, including preparation, processing, filling/packing, and finished goods handling.
• Have good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOP, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards.
• Have experience managing manpower planning, task delegation, shift briefing, and operator performance monitoring.
• Are capable of monitoring production productivity, yield, waste, downtime, and production achievement.
• Have strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills with the ability to implement effective corrective actions.
• Understand basic production machinery and equipment and can coordinate effectively with Engineering/Maintenance teams.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel for production monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
• Have strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Are detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and highly target-driven.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Are willing to work on a shift-based schedule and spend significant time in the production area.
• Have experience in high-volume production with strict food safety standards — this will be highly preferred.
