Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a Production Scheduler in South Tangerang, Indonesia, to translate production plans into executable schedules while balancing customer demand, material availability, inventory, and capacity. You will work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and smooth production execution.

Responsibilities include creating weekly/monthly schedules, converting plans to orders in SAP/PFS+/PPS, monitoring execution, and communicating changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, MRP, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with SAP, PFS+, or other ERP/planning systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret demand, inventory, material availability, and production capacity data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and verbal English; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production schedules based on demand, inventory, materials, backlog, and capacity.
• Convert planned orders into process orders and manage production order updates in SAP, PFS+, and PPS.
• Monitor schedule execution, identify risks or delivery gaps, and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate production planning activities with Production, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams.
• Support MOC activities and assess scheduling impacts.
• Drive improvements in schedule adherence, inventory performance, operational stability, and customer service.
