Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma III in Engineering required.
• 1–2 years of production operator experience in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and quality standards in production.
• Willingness for shift work and on-site production.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production processes per the production plan to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Ensure all activities comply with SHEQ standards and company policies to prevent accidents and defects.
• Perform autonomous maintenance, machine setup checks, and basic care after changeovers.
• Support CI initiatives and look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Accurately complete production records and report issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other teams to achieve objectives.
