Job summary

Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia, part of Kalbe Group, seeks a Production Operator to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, follow schedules, and uphold strict quality and safety standards on site. Experience with routine maintenance and basic repairs preferred.

You will work closely with colleagues to resolve production issues, support improvements, keep a clean workplace, and help ensure efficient, cost‑effective production across the Indonesian facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and standards, maintaining high levels of quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of production improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.
• Mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan produksi, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar.
• Melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan rutin pada peralatan untuk memastikan kinerja optimal.
• Mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan masalah produksi untuk meminimalkan waktu henti.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar produksi, menjaga tingkat kualitas yang tinggi.
• Memelihara lingkungan kerja yang bersih dan aman, mengikuti semua protokol dan regulasi keselamatan.
• Mendukung implementasi perbaikan produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya.
• Berkoordinasi dengan anggota tim lain untuk memastikan proses produksi yang lancar.
