PT Enjer Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production operations, ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety and efficiency in our manufacturing facility in Indonesia.
The role requires strong leadership, Lean manufacturing expertise, and hands-on planning across manpower, machines, lines, and capacity while coordinating with PPIC, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering.
Lead and manage all daily production operations to ensure production plans, customer delivery requirements, quality standards, safety requirements, and productivity targets are achieved effectively and efficiently.
Develop production strategies and monitor operational performance by reviewing production output, OEE, productivity, reject rates, downtime, labor efficiency, capacity utilization, and manufacturing costs, while implementing corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
Plan and optimize production resources, including manpower, machines, production lines, and production capacity, to maximize operational efficiency and support business growth.
Coordinate closely with PPIC, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow, material availability, equipment reliability, and customer order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, GMP, 5S, occupational health and safety (OHS/K3), environmental requirements, and applicable regulatory standards throughout all production activities.
Lead, develop, and evaluate Production Supervisors and production teams by setting performance objectives, monitoring KPIs, conducting coaching and performance reviews, and developing employee competencies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, waste reduction, process optimization, root cause analysis, and productivity improvement projects to enhance operational performance and reduce manufacturing costs.
Prepare and present production reports, operational analyses, KPI performance, and improvement recommendations to management while supporting audits, new product launches, process validation activities, and other strategic manufacturing initiatives.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 3–5 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Experience in the air freshener, household products, consumer goods, chemical, aerosol, fragrance, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of production management, manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, OEE, GMP, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement.
Experience using ERP systems and production performance reporting.
Strong leadership, people management, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Good command of English, both written and spoken is a must. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
