Job summary

KMI PT. Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia is seeking a dedicated production operator to operate manufacturing machinery, monitor processes, and help meet daily production targets.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, maintain clean and safe work areas, and collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

This role requires adherence to safety standards and quality controls, with fluency in Indonesian and willingness to learn Kalbe’s manufacturing practices.

• Memelihara lingkungan kerja yang bersih dan aman, mengikuti semua protokol dan regulasi keselamatan.
• Mendukung implementasi perbaikan produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya.
