Job summary

PT EXCEL RIM INDONESIA is seeking a Production Engineer to manage all activities within the Production department from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will lead improvements and coach the team to achieve higher productivity.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 3+ years in production, strong leadership, CAD skills, and the ability to read technical drawings to support process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Capability in production management and understanding of production processes.
• Analytical ability and attention to detail to analyze problems that arise during production.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Production Engineering.
• Ability to read and create Technical Drawings.
• Ability to design tools or aids used for process improvement.
• Able to operate Computer, Microsoft Office, CAD.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities in the Production department run well
• Ensure all production processes run according to applicable standards
• Create reports and documentation related to all production process activities
• Conduct evaluation and provide solutions for corrective actions to address all problems that occur during production
• Monitor and evaluate the use of raw materials and indirect raw materials used in production
• Maintain all equipment and machinery used for production in good, clean and well-maintained condition
• Actively serve as Production Engineering to conduct improvements to increase quality and production results
• Assist the Engineering Department in conducting Engineering Qualification processes
• Monitor and coach all team members in the Production department
• Provide guidance and training to new team members
