Job summary

SIRCLO Studio in BSD hosts a full-time internship where you will manage content production for top MCN creators and lead on-set shoots under the Engagement Team. You’ll determine angles, lighting, and framing to deliver premium visuals and assist with Live Streaming setups.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in Broadcasting, Film, or Communications, with basic videography knowledge and the ability to multitask on a fast-paced set.

Responsibilities

• Manage content production needs for top MCN SIRCLO creators while maintaining premium visual standards.
• Execute content shoots based on briefs, concepts, and creator profiles under the direction of the Engagement Team.
• Conduct creator visits as needed to support content production and ensure alignment with production requirements.
• Determine appropriate angles, framing, lighting, and composition to achieve high-quality and premium visuals.
• Support creators in producing natural, engaging, and relevant footage based on content requirements.
• Prepare shooting equipment and ensure footage quality before proceeding to the editing process.
• Ensure Live Streaming setups are ready and properly configured according to creator requirements.
• Align visual output with applicable brand guidelines and ongoing campaign requirements.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, polished content that reflects each top creator’s style and personality.
• Edit videos based on approved briefs, references, and creator-specific styles.
• Adapt editing styles to each creator’s personality while maintaining authenticity and premium visual quality.
• Revise and finalize content based on feedback from creators, the MCN team, and brands.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Broadcasting, Film, Communication, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of short-form video production and videography fundamentals (camera, lighting, audio).
• Comfortable working on set, multitasking, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eager to grow in Producing or Production Management roles.
• Previous experience in video production (TikTok, YouTube, or commercials) is a plus.
• Familiar with end-to-end production workflows.
• Motorcycle license (SIM C) or mobility for field production is an advantage.
• Willing to work Full WFO from SIRCLO Studio in BSD.
• Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship
