Production Engineer (Shortening Plant)

Zusammenfassung

Mewah Group is seeking a Production Engineer to support operations of our new Shortening Plant. You will plan daily production, coordinate warehouse and shipments, optimize processes, assure quality, and monitor equipment performance to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideally, candidates hold a Bachelor's in Chemical or related discipline, with at least 5 years in manufacturing. Experience in shortening or edible oil related foods is preferred, with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and ERP familiarity.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in Shortening, Margarine, or Food Manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, warehouse operations, and shipment coordination.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and ERP systems.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities based on shipment requirements.
• Manage manpower, raw materials, packaging materials, tank allocation, and warehouse capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Laboratory, Maintenance, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor product quality, process parameters, and packaging conditions.
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce losses.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, safety, and company standards.
• Prepare production and operational performance reports.
