Job summary

PT Maxxis International Indonesia is seeking a Production Analyst (Engineering—Industrial) to analyze production defects, coordinate data collection, and drive improvements across shifts at our Cikarang plant.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assure quality of finished goods.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial) required.
• Languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Minimum 1 year of related field experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Familiar with QC 7 tools.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables and charts).
• Understand 4M and QCC analysis.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Able and know to make analysis, calculation and execution for production defect.
• Presenting defective product data in reports.
• Investigating the root causes of NG product failure.
• Coordinate with related units to conduct data collection trials or process analysis
• Compare the actual conditions of semi-finished materials and manufacturing process parameters with established standards
• Conduct daily inspections of defective products and process daily data for classification
• Assist the Production unit in tracking production parameter history to ensure that parameter changes do not affect the quality of finished goods.
