Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking a product-focused professional to analyze customer needs and develop practical product solutions within the logistics and last-mile delivery space. The role involves researching products, translating findings into SOPs, and supporting pre-sales activities to drive business development.

You will coordinate implementation across departments and continuously assess product performance, with travel as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• HSK 5 or above in Mandarin is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in product research, product development, or process optimization, preferably in the logistics, express delivery, or last mile delivery industry.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
• Good communication and cross functional coordination skills.
• Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
