Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Jakarta to monitor vehicle movements via GPS and coordinate daily activities with regional teams. You will verify overtime receipts and travel allowances, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, Excel proficiency, and willingness to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics, transportation, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, and 11:00 PM–8:00 AM).

• Monitor vehicles during transit using the GPS tracking system.

• Communicate with regional/area teams to handle abnormal or irregular issues, as well as conduct daily operational coordination.
