Job summary

Bali Midori Transport is seeking a detail-oriented Product Quotation Specialist to join our growing team. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Product, Quotation, Reservation, Tour Consultant, or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge of travel products and costing are welcome to apply.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

• Prepare regular reports on quotations, costing, supplier rates, and product performance.

Bali Midori Transport is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Quotation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, developing travel products and itineraries, calculating costs, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotations for transportation services, tour packages, accommodations, activities, and other travel-related products.

Develop customized itineraries based on clients' requirements.

Calculate product costing, pricing, and profit margins.

Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with hotels, villas, transportation providers, activity operators, and other suppliers.

Maintain and regularly update supplier contracts, rates, and product databases.

Coordinate with the Sales, Reservation, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure quotation accuracy.

Conduct market research to keep products and pricing competitive.

Ensure all quotations are delivered accurately and within the required timeline.
